Non-commercial use: You and the members of your family are entitled to using one license on up to three (3) computers at the same time, as long as these computers belong to the same household.

Commercial use: Each license may only be installed and used on one computer (running Windows, macOS or Linux). Every user of that computer may use the Software, but only one (1) user at any given time. The single primary user of that computer is additionally entitled to use the Software on a portable computer. If you are a commercial user, you may use the Software either under a computer license or under a user license:

Computer license
1. Each license may only be installed and used on one (1) Computer.
2. Every user of that Computer may use the Software, but only 1 (one) user at any given time.
3. Secondary use right: The single primary user of that Computer is additionally entitled to use the Software on a portable computer.

User license
Each license may be installed and used by one (1) user on up to three Computers. The use of the Software by other persons is not permitted.

Volume Licensing
Significant cost savings is available with a volume licensing. FlexiPDF 2025 volume license is available for 5, 10 and 25 users, and can be combined. Organizations with a need for 50 + users license can request quote for a customized volume license.

Citrix/XenApp and Terminal Services
A separate license is required for each computer (client device) that is allowed to access SoftMaker FlexiPDF 2025 on the server. Licensing is based on the number of client computers, not the number of users or concurrent sessions. SoftMaker FlexiPDF 2025 is not a floating license.
Example: An organization has 25 users who access SoftMaker FlexiPDF 2025 through a server. If those users access the server from 15 different computers, 15 licenses are required, regardless of how many users or sessions are active at the same time.
