SoftMaker Office 2024 rev 1210.0217 is available through automatic updates. Pricing starts at $79.95 for Standard Edition.  This update is free for all previous SoftMaker Office 2024 users. SoftMaker Office 2021 or older, Kingsoft Office, BinaryNow Office, Encore Office Suite or 602PC SUITE users qualify for an upgrade discount. All programs

• Fixed opening and saving documents with RC4 encryption.

TextMaker 2024

• Improve EPUB compatibitlity. TextMaker now creates EPUB files that the Amazon program KindleGen can convert into Amazon-compatible e-books.

PlanMaker 2024

• Fixed the error introduced in build #1208 when the results in pivot tables were not correct.

Presentation 2024

• New feature.  Added a dialog to allow users to confirm  “Should all slide content be resized accordingly” or not when changing the slide/page size in Presentations (for example from 4:3 to 16:9).

Automatic updates

By default, SoftMaker Office 2024 for Windows keeps itself up-to-date by automatically downloading service packs. If you have not installed the automatic update tool or simply want to know if your version of SoftMaker Office is current, you can also check for updates manually.

Start one of its applications, click on the “?” icon on the top bar at ribbon and choose the command Check for updates. If you are running SoftMaker Office 2024 in classic mode with menus, choose the command Help > Check for updates.
