Non-commercial use: You and the members of your family are entitled to using one license on up to five (5) computers (running any combination of Windows, macOS and Linux) at the same time, as long as these computers belong to the same household.

Commercial use: Each license may only be installed and used on one computer (running Windows, macOS or Linux). Every user of that computer may use the Software, but only one (1) user at any given time. The single primary user of that computer is additionally entitled to use the Software on a portable computer.

Corporate Licensing
Significant cost savings is available with a volume corporate licensing. SoftMaker Office Professional 2021 Corporate license is available for 5 users and 10 users, and can be combined. Organizations with a need for 50 + users license can request quote for a customized corporate license.

Citrix/XenApp and Terminal Services
Installation on Citrix or Terminal Services requires a user license for each user that will use the software. SoftMaker Office is licensed per user, NOT per connection. For example: If you have 10 users in your organization, but only 5 concurrent users, you will still need a 10 user license.
